Leads independent audits of AI systems end to end — scoping against control objectives, testing design and operating effectiveness, and signing off the evidence a board and audit committee rely on.
Independent challenge of ML and LLM models — conceptual soundness, performance and stability testing, evaluation integrity and back-testing against the intended use, in line with model risk standards such as PRA SS1/23.
Maps AI use cases to risk taxonomies and control frameworks — ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF — and tests whether controls over data, change management, access and human oversight actually operate.
Turns the EU AI Act, GDPR automated decision-making, DORA and sector rules into testable requirements — risk classification, technical documentation, conformity evidence and post-market monitoring.
Tests the data behind the model — lineage, provenance, licensing, representativeness, bias and drift — and reconstructs the evidence trail from source system to model output.
Builds the testing harnesses behind our audits — LLM red-teaming and adversarial evaluation, robustness and fairness test suites, and reproducible capture of audit evidence.
